Local Hero is an amazing saxophonist who performs together with (inter)nationally famous DJs. He plays in clubs, discos, bars, weddings and at festivals all over the world. In his hometown Amsterdam he is called a Local Hero, because he makes every performance very special with his appealing jazzy and funky sounds. Local Hero's biography
From his early years, the artist Local Hero has been playing the sax. He showed promising talent and started with improvising and playing along with records of famous (jazz) artists. After many performances with other bands and jam sessions Local Hero discovered that his sound fit perfectly with the upcoming House music movement. From that moment his musical career skyrocketed and in the last 10 years he has played together with more than thousand DJs. He is playing at various kinds of festivals, weddings, business events, in (lounge) clubs, bars, discos, dinner shows and other events nationally and internationally.
